Chair Yoga with Sara Burns, CYT, CDP

Sara has been offering Chair Yoga in over a dozen senior living communities since 2023.  Having the "Certified Dementia Practitioner" certification helps to reach persons with dementia.

Classes include optional essential oil aromatherapy.  Sara is a Reiki energy worker so adding a sampling of Reiki at the end of the class for reach resident can be discussed.  Email here to request more info/rates.
